About Our Special Guests

Kim Stuck

Kim Stuck was the first Marijuana Specialist for a public health authority in the nation in Denver CO. She has a bachelor’s degree in Human Nutrition/Biochem, is a Certified Professional in Food Safety (CP-FS), a Certified Quality Auditor (CQA), and is a leading expert in Cannabis food safety. Allay Consulting that helps the Industrial Hemp/CBD industry overcome compliance pitfalls in FDA Compliance, cGMP certification, ISO 22000 certification, OSHA, and Fire code. Kim has spoken at several different Hemp/CBD and marijuana industry conferences including; Hemp and Hops, INDO Expo, NCIA, Speaking Food Canada, Food and Beverage Innovation Summit, and Imperious Expo. She is a member of Cannabis Sustainability Board in Denver, the CDPHE Science and Policy work group, DDPHE Cannabis Health and Safety Advisory Board, the CDA CHAMP Initiative work group, and the ASTM Cannabis Standards work group.  


Sheilah Ophaug

Sheilah Ophaug is a Cannabis Compliance Expert for Allay Consulting with expertise in regulatory compliance in FDA, OSHA, Fire Code, MED and cGMP practices. She is a Certified Professional in Food Safety and a Certified Quality Auditor. As a previous cannabis regulator for Denver, she now takes all of her regulatory knowledge to help others to be successful in this ever-evolving industry.

With more than fifteen years of experience as a global entrepreneur and business development executive, Joe Witte prides himself on his work ethic and strategic acumen. Prior to joining TagOne, he successfully co-founded five different organizations, ranging from interactive media to SaaS solutions. Joe proudly served as an Army Captain and was awarded the Army Commendation Medal for his service in Iraq in 2004. He’s been featured in Fast Company, Entrepreneur and Inc. Magazines. A graduate of Penn State University, Joe currently serves on the advisory board of the aforementioned Bunker Labs. When not working, he enjoys spending his time with his wife and five children.
